1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aiden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Aiden provides hosted AI assistant instances powered by OpenClaw. Each instance runs in an isolated container and connects to your messaging platforms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
• Generate spam or malicious content
• Abuse system resources or interfere with other users
• Violate third-party AI provider terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Polar.sh. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We claim no rights to your conversations, configurations, or custom skills. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aiden is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
